By using the Service, you grant Phantom Studios Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the images generated through the Service for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

5. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that the images you create do not violate any laws or regulations. You agree not to use the Service to create images that are offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability: Phantom Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These terms may include, but are not limited to, any restrictions, attribution requirements, or usage limitations set forth by the creators or licensors of the model.
